Head of Quality Assurance (MEAC)

About the role

The Head of Quality Assurance (MEAC) provides regional leadership for all aspects of quality management, ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient delivery of products and services that meet regulatory, industry, client and business requirements. The role works closely with the wider technical and delivery teams across the Middle East, Africa and Central region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional quality management strategy and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for all projects.
• Oversee delivery of products and services to meet client and business expectations.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to embed quality processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation across the portfolio.
• Manage audits, assessments and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in quality assurance within oil & gas or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and industry standards (e.g., ISO, API).
• Ability to lead and develop regional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering large, complex projects.
