Head of Revenue Operations

About the role

Property Finder is seeking a senior leader to own and evolve its end‑to‑end commercial operating model across the MENA region. As Head of Revenue Operations you will act as a strategic partner to the CRO, Country Managers and senior sales leaders, translating commercial strategy into scalable processes and data‑driven execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO to define and implement the commercial and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, target setting, territory design and resource allocation.
• Own customer segmentation, commission design and CRM operational excellence.
• Identify and drive growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, pricing, cross‑sell and upsell.
• Manage the full order‑to‑cash cycle, including contracting, invoicing, payment and revenue recognition.
• Design and enforce scalable commercial policies, controls and approval workflows.
• Establish and run the Deal Desk, overseeing pricing, discounts and non‑standard commercial terms.
• Provide regular commercial performance reviews and actionable insights to senior leadership and board forums.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years (96 months) of experience in revenue, sales or commercial operations.
• Proven track record of building and optimizing order‑to‑cash processes at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience working closely with C‑level executives and senior sales leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple markets.
