Head of Rewards (Global)

About the role

The organization is looking for a senior leader to define and manage its global rewards strategy. This position sits at the crossroads of compensation, benefits, and workforce value, influencing how the company delivers value to its people across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee the end‑to‑end rewards framework, including executive remuneration, incentive plans, mobility, and benefits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce cost, performance‑linked pay, and competitiveness.
• Ensure alignment of rewards programs with market realities and long‑term business priorities.
• Lead governance processes and provide data‑driven insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Manage cross‑jurisdictional compliance and engage with senior stakeholders and governance forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior rewards or compensation roles within multinational organizations.
• Strong commercial judgment combined with deep technical expertise in rewards design.
• Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments and translate data into pragmatic decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives and governance bodies.
