Head of Sales – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is seeking a strategic Head of Sales to lead its sales function, drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional experiences for high‑net‑worth clients across its premium portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead the sales organization, set revenue targets, manage pipelines, forecasts and market expansion.
• Define sales processes, standards and best practices to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, investors, brokers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders for successful project launches and campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in luxury real estate sales with leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of achieving exceptional revenue results in high‑end property developments.
• Strong understanding of the UAE luxury real estate market and extensive network of investors and brokers.
• RERA certification preferred and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics.
• Proficiency in forecasting and performance reporting.
• Advanced negotiation and influencing abilities.
