Head of Service Partnership Integration

About the role

The Head of Service Partnership Integration leads the AOCC (Airport Operations Control Centre) service partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination between government, airlines, and internal teams. This senior position drives operational excellence across Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) airports, managing real‑time delivery, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with AOCC service partners, government agencies, and customers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end airport operations on shift, handling daily delivery, disruptions, incidents, and emergency responses.
• Develop and enforce training, onboarding, process integration, and system adoption programs.
• Maintain operational risk and resilience through business continuity planning and service partner readiness.
• Supervise AOCC systems, data integrity, technology coordination, billing accuracy, and asset management.
• Coordinate facilities, engineering, security compliance, and readiness for primary and backup AOCC environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in airport operations, systems, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record in airline processes, data handling, and crisis management.
