Head of Services – International Government

About the role

Vantor is seeking a Head of Services for its International Government business to build and lead a services organization that turns Vantor capabilities into measurable mission outcomes. This senior, hands‑on role will shape the services model, drive execution, and scale operations in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the services operating model for International Government customers, covering scope, sales, delivery, governance, and measurement.
• Build and manage the IG services team across professional services, implementation, integration, configuration, training, and mission support.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, PMO, and Partners to shape strategy, reduce delivery risk, and accelerate adoption.
• Establish a repeatable, partner‑enabled delivery model that improves customer outcomes and scales Vantor’s global execution capability.
• Ensure services engagements are executable, scalable, and aligned to mission‑critical outcomes.

• Proven leader with vision, urgency, and strong operational discipline.
• Hands‑on builder‑operator who can create structure, drive execution, and scale a services business.
• Experience working with complex, mission‑critical government environments where technical credibility and trust are essential.
