Head of Supply Chain

About the role

The Head of Supply Chain will drive the regional merchandise and demand planning strategy across all GCC markets for Apparel LLC. Reporting to the Managing Director, this senior leader will translate business trends into actionable recommendations that improve sales, profitability and inventory productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional merchandise planning and demand planning strategy across GCC markets.
• Partner with Merchandising, Retail and Finance to optimise category, collection and SKU performance.
• Own the regional forecasting process, drive monthly demand reviews and improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop inventory strategies that balance product availability, working capital and customer service levels.
• Manage replenishment planning from European distribution centres to the Middle East and monitor stock metrics.
• Own the regional planning and performance reporting framework, delivering executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Build strong cross‑functional partnerships and drive continuous improvement of planning processes and systems.
