About the role

One&Only The Palm, a luxury beachfront resort in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic Head Waiter or Head Waitress who is fluent in French to lead its restaurant service team. The role combines high‑level guest interaction with operational oversight to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present yourself with energy and professionalism, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Ensure all mise‑en‑place is prepared accurately before service begins.
• Prepare food and beverage orders within resort‑defined timeframes while demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Maintain flawless design and layout of restaurant and bar areas, reflecting the resort’s image.
• Delegate tasks to service staff, monitor completion, and motivate the team to uphold the highest service standards.
• Report any equipment breakages or maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Participate in team events, training sessions, and stay updated on resort activities and guest arrivals.

Required profile

• Fluent French speaker with excellent communication skills.
