About the role
Terra Solis Dubai, a new desert destination offering glamping, pool, and world‑class dining, is seeking a Head Waiter to lead its waitstaff. The role involves ensuring exceptional service, personalized guest experiences, and smooth coordination with the Food & Beverage team.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the waitering staff.
- Maintain organized tracking of orders and details.
- Ensure each guest’s personal preferences are noted and reflected in dish presentation.
- Communicate clearly with customers and the Food & Beverage team.
