About the role
Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Waiter / Head Waiter who is fluent in Russian to join the GAIA restaurant team in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Previous experience in a fine‑dining or up‑market restaurant concept
- Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages a plus)
- Currently residing in Dubai
