Health Applications Sales Representative

About the role

Oracle Health is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to drive new business and account growth across its health‑technology portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will work with senior clinicians, technologists and government decision‑makers to deliver innovative digital health solutions that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans that generate sustainable revenue.
• Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders such as CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs and government officials.
• Respond to tenders, RFPs and procurement activities, delivering outcome‑focused proposals.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, including 9 years of enterprise software or cloud sales.
• Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar deals in the health sector.
• Existing strategic relationships with key health stakeholders and ability to engage at C‑level.
