Healthcare Data and Analytics Manager

About the role

Oracle Health is expanding its services across the International Market and seeks a dedicated Healthcare Data and Analytics Manager to lead data‑driven initiatives. You will build and grow a team of analytics professionals, foster a data‑centric culture, and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of healthcare data to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of data analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational teams to create data‑driven strategies that improve clinical outcomes and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, produce reports, and communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of data‑analytics experience, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience managing and leading analytics teams.
• Willingness to travel and work additional or irregular hours as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau.
• Strong understanding of EMR/EHR systems, claims data, and clinical databases.
• Experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
