Healthcare Data Scientist – Clinical Analytics & Business Intelligence

About the role

HealthHub, part of Al‑Futtaim Health, is looking for an experienced Healthcare Data Scientist to join its corporate team in Dubai Festival City. The role sits at the intersection of clinical operations, advanced analytics, reporting, machine learning and business intelligence, helping to improve operational performance, patient outcomes and business decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational, financial, clinical, claims, pharmacy and patient activity datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Design, build and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards and executive‑level performance reports.
• Develop and evaluate predictive models for forecasting, utilisation modelling, revenue‑cycle analytics and patient pathway optimisation.
• Support data‑quality, integration and governance initiatives, working with standards such as ICD‑10, CPT, SNOMED CT, HL7 and FHIR.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, operations, quality and executive stakeholders to drive performance‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience within hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, medical centres, healthcare providers or health‑insurance organisations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and the ability to translate complex data into practical business recommendations.
• Proven experience delivering analytics, reporting and machine‑learning solutions in a healthcare environment.
