About the role

Al-Futtaim Health is looking for a Healthcare Data Scientist to join its HealthHub team at the Dubai Festival City corporate office. The role focuses on leveraging data, artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to improve patient outcomes, operational performance and strategic decision‑making across the UAE’s leading healthcare network.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy predictive and clinical analytics models that support decision‑making and quality improvement.
• Work with diverse healthcare datasets including electronic health records, insurance claims, pharmacy, clinical and operational data.
• Integrate and cleanse large‑scale healthcare data to create reliable analytical datasets.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, operations, finance and technology partners to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop AI‑driven decision support tools that enhance patient care and business performance.
• Contribute to business intelligence initiatives and reporting for senior management.

Required profile

• Experienced Healthcare Data Scientist with a strong analytical mindset.
• Technical proficiency in data science, machine learning and predictive modelling.
• Passion for applying AI and advanced analytics to improve healthcare outcomes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with clinical, operational and finance teams.
