Healthcare Event Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

The Healthcare Event Coordinator will plan, organise and deliver a portfolio of regional commercial and clinical education events across the Middle East & Africa for a leading global dental solutions company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute regional events such as clinical education courses, product launches, exhibitions and customer engagement initiatives.
• Work with Marketing to develop the annual events calendar aligned with business priorities.
• Manage all event logistics – venue sourcing, travel, catering, AV, signage and materials.
• Oversee course material orders, shipment tracking and on‑site delivery for education programmes.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure quality service and cost‑effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate event inventory, promotional collateral and reporting in Salesforce.
• Coordinate speaker logistics and process speaker payments with Finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Events Management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience coordinating corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or clinical education programmes.
• Previous experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, pharmaceutical or life‑sciences industry.
• Strong project management, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
