Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative)

About the role

Danone MENA is seeking a Healthcare Nutrition Specialist to represent its Specialized Nutrition portfolio in the UAE. You will act as a medical representative, building scientific relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and promoting Danone’s nutrition solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics and private practices regularly to influence HCP attitudes and position Danone’s nutrition products as the preferred choice.
• Deliver scientific audio‑visual presentations, seminars and detailing sessions to convey product benefits and clinical evidence.
• Identify business opportunities, monitor competitor activity and develop tactics to protect market share.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, handle HCP queries and complaints, and ensure compliance with WHO and local regulations.
• Prepare and submit promotional activity reports, manage daily databases and track quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
• Participate in team meetings, share market insights and support the organization of events and seminars.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and sustain scientific relationships with HCPs.
• Strong communication skills for delivering evidence‑based presentations.
• Results‑driven mindset with experience meeting sales and KPI targets.
• Understanding of compliance standards for nutrition and infant formula products.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory on a regular basis.
