Heavy Vehicle / Car Carrier Driver – UAE

About the role

The Heavy Vehicle Driver operates heavy‑duty trucks, including car carriers and trailers, to deliver equipment and goods across the UAE while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive heavy‑duty trucks such as car carriers, flat‑bed or low‑bed trailers to transport goods across various UAE locations.
• Load and unload vehicles, ensuring safe handling of equipment and goods.
• Maintain economical fuel consumption and keep the vehicle full at shift end.
• Inspect trucks and loads for defects during and after trips, reporting any issues.
• Submit required documentation (trip sheets, fuel receipts, delivery orders, police reports, defect sheets) accurately and on time.
• Keep the driver logbook up‑to‑date and act as a communication link between customers and the planning team.
• Adhere to company policies to achieve a 100 % damage‑free delivery record and report accidents or incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) completed.
• Minimum 2 years experience driving class 4 vehicles with trailers.
• Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures.
• Good teamwork and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proven driving skills with heavy goods vehicles, particularly class 4 with trailers.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE roads and RTA regulations.
