Horseback Riding Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Horseback Riding Instructor to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver safe, enjoyable riding lessons to guests of all ages and skill levels while supporting the daily operations of our stable.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group riding lessons, adapting instruction to each rider’s ability.
• Prepare horses and equipment before each session, ensuring all gear is in good condition.
• Monitor horse health, behavior, and welfare throughout the day.
• Supervise riding activities to maintain a safe environment for riders and staff.
• Assist with routine stable duties such as feeding, grooming, and basic horse care.
• Support the stable team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Horseback Riding Instructor or Equestrian Coach.
• Ability to work confidently with children, families, and riders of varying levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.

Required skills

• Horse riding and teaching expertise.
• Horse handling, grooming, basic care, and training.
• Knowledge of equestrian safety standards and stable management.
