About the role
Mediclinic Welcare Hospital is seeking a Hospitalist and Specialist Paediatrician to deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based care in line with ethical and professional standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, high‑quality clinical services to patients efficiently.
- Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support continuous professional development for self and colleagues.
Required profile
- Basic medical degree recognised by the UAE healthcare authority.
- Diploma or training in a recognised specialty.
- Active life‑support certification (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
- 2–3 years experience in the relevant specialised department within a private hospital.
Required skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems.
- Knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication in English (Arabic advantageous).
