About the role
We are looking for a professional Manager to lead daily operations at our Al Ain location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, operational efficiency and overall business performance within the hospitality sector.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff and manage schedules and workflows.
- Maintain quality, presentation and hygiene standards.
- Handle customer relations and resolve operational challenges.
- Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational procedures.
Required profile
- Previous management experience in food‑and‑beverage or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organisational and decision‑making abilities.
