Hospitality Marketing Manager – Luxury Hotel, Prague

About the role

We are looking for a Hospitality Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing activities for a luxury hotel in Prague. The role focuses on digital campaigns, social media, brand positioning and supporting sales initiatives within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage online marketing channels, including the hotel website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Collaborate with media, influencers, travel partners and organise press and familiarisation trips.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Support and coordinate hotel sales activities and create sales‑support materials.
• Prepare newsletters and marketing collateral for clients.
• Liaise with partners, agencies, printers and graphic designers.
• Approve media and marketing projects, such as photoshoots and filming.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and professional presentation skills.
• Flexibility, independence and a team‑spirit.
• Eligibility to work in the European Union (EU work permit or citizenship).

What we offer

• Gross salary of EUR 3,000 per month (all‑inclusive) plus incentives.
