Hospitality Operations Administrator

About the role

Transguard Group is seeking an Administrator to join its Hospitality team in Dubai. The role supports the smooth operation of contracts and accounts, focusing on daily staff deployment and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy the daily rostered headcount to the site and ensure staffing levels meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, welfare, transport, demand planning and accommodation teams on employee‑related matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed efficiently.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and propose process improvements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in an outsourcing company or a large‑scale workforce environment.
• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible shift times to meet operational and client needs.
• Preference for candidates who can speak and understand multiple regional dialects.
