Hospitality Recruiter – High Volume Hiring

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team of a leading hotel group in Dubai. The role involves high‑volume hiring across multiple hotel properties, covering operational, supervisory and management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various hotel departments and locations.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Screen, interview and assess applicants to ensure quality and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offers, pre‑employment paperwork and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular pipeline updates.
• Support recruitment campaigns, career events and talent‑attraction initiatives.
• Achieve recruitment targets and meet time‑to‑fill KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality recruitment, preferably across multiple hotels or a cluster.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume hiring in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of hotel functions such as F&B, Rooms, Culinary, Engineering, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Organised, results‑driven and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with an ATS or recruitment platform.
