Hospitality Staff – Waiter, Captain, Hostess & Food Runner in Dubai

About the role

Join a brand‑new luxury hotel in Jumeira, Dubai, as part of the opening team. We are looking for enthusiastic waiters, waitresses, captains, hostesses, receptionists and food runners who understand that great hospitality is felt, not performed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and create a warm first impression.
• Take orders accurately, guide guests through the menu and serve food and beverages with proper timing.
• Captains lead their stations, coordinate with the kitchen and keep service flowing during peak periods.
• Hostesses manage reservations, seating flow and ensure every guest feels expected.
• Food runners act as the bridge between kitchen and table, delivering plates hot, correct and beautifully presented.
• Handle guest requests and complaints gracefully, involving supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, camera‑ready section and support teammates during busy periods.

Required profile

• Warm, people‑oriented attitude and enjoyment of making guests’ evenings better.
• Basic English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Valid UAE work visa and currently residing in the UAE.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking and carrying trays.
