Hospitality Training Programme – 2026

About the role

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) Hospitality Training Programme is a two‑year, full‑time employment pathway designed to develop the next generation of Emirati hospitality professionals. Participants will receive structured learning and hands‑on experience across core hospitality functions while contributing to world‑class exhibitions and events.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through Food & Beverage service, food hygiene and safety, customer care, and guest‑facing operations.
• Deliver service excellence and uphold professional etiquette in a multicultural environment.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure health, safety, and operational standards are met.
• Represent UAE cultural values in all guest interactions.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid passport and family book (Khulasat Al Qaid) or Marsoom.
• Age between 18 and 30 years.
• High school certificate or diploma.
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work full‑time, including 9‑hour shifts and shift work as required.
