Join the team at Ballarò, Conrad Dubai, where you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet each guest warmly and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
• Coordinate bookings, walk‑ins, and table assignments while honoring guest preferences.
• Recognise returning guests, acknowledge special occasions, and share preferences with the service team.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and answer questions about the dining experience.
• Communicate arrivals, waiting times, and special requests clearly with the F&B team.
• Maintain an immaculate welcome area, including the entrance, host stand, and menus.
• Follow service, hygiene, health, safety, and alcohol awareness procedures.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
