About the role
A recruitment agency is hiring a Hostess for one of its clients, a well-established hospitality group based in Dubai, UAE. The company is known for exceptional dining experiences and high standards of service, and operates in the F&B industry with a focus on operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and guest seating efficiently
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Coordinate smoothly with the restaurant operations team
- Maintain premium hospitality standards at all times
Required profile
- Previous UAE hospitality experience is mandatory
- Experience working in Arabic restaurants is required
- Fluency in Arabic with strong English communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident and customer-focused personality
Required skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems such as SevenRooms is an advantage
