About the role
Join a leading hospitality group in Dubai as a Hostess, providing the first point of contact for guests and ensuring a high‑standard dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or waiting areas.
- Manage reservations and maintain the reservation system.
- Advise guests on the menu, specials, and unique restaurant features.
- Maintain consistent high‑quality service for all guests.
- Address customer complaints or suggestions and report them to management.
- Ensure the restaurant remains clean, well‑maintained, and operational at all times.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a host/hostess in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
- Fluent in English; additional language (Arabic, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese) is a plus.
- Knowledge of a restaurant reservation system.
- Strong customer service, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Positive, reliable, guest‑oriented attitude with flexibility for weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
