Host/ess for Mina Brasserie at Four Seasons Dubai

About the role

Four Seasons Dubai at DIFC is seeking a friendly and professional Host/ess for Mina Brasserie. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience in a luxury boutique hotel setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and recommend table setups.
• Ensure cleanliness of each dining area, perform pre‑opening checks and make necessary improvements.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, ingredients and restaurant information.

Required profile

• One to two years’ experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; experience in luxury hotels is an asset.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Strong communication skills.
