Hostess – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Join Hilton’s award‑winning hospitality team as a Hostess at the Karma By Buddha Bar. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests, managing reception and seating in a friendly, professional manner.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and maintain a well‑presented dining area.
• Handle reservations, walk‑ins, waiting lists, and coordinate table rotation during busy periods.
• Answer guest inquiries about menus, promotions, facilities and operating hours.
• Collaborate closely with the Restaurant Manager, service team, kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, communicate special requests or VIP arrangements, and address guest feedback or concerns.
• Keep the hostess desk, entrance and waiting area clean, organized and presentable at all times.
