About the role
As a Hostess at The WB Abu Dhabi, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our dining outlet. Your role is to ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, quickly assess their needs and provide a friendly first impression.
- Seat guests, manage the seating chart and monitor dining activity to maintain a smooth flow.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking and folding silverware, and respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
