About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences beyond simply serving food. At Above Eleven, you will ensure guests enjoy their meals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, communicate orders with the kitchen, and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain clean work areas and supplies throughout service.
- Follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
- Read and verify menu information, and handle menu‑related tasks accurately.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 lb unaided (or up to 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
