About the role

We are looking for a friendly Hostess to join the Guest Service team at our Westin hotel in Dubai Marina. As the first point of contact for diners, you will help create memorable dining experiences by welcoming guests, managing seating, and supporting the food‑and‑beverage team.

Key responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm first impression.
Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
Communicate guest requests and special orders to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages, handle guest inquiries, and process transactions.
Move, lift and carry items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
Adhere to health, safety and uniform standards at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Less than one year of related experience in hospitality or food service.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
