About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests at St. Regis in Abu Dhabi. The role involves setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas while ensuring safety and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Communicate orders and guest requests with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages, interact with guests, and address their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, handle supplies, and follow safety procedures.
- Read and verify menu information to ensure accurate service.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with guests and team members.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
- Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
