About the role
We are looking for a Hostess to join Mina’s Kitchen at Westin Dubai. As a Guest Service Expert you will help create a memorable dining experience by welcoming guests, setting tables, and supporting the service flow.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensure clean work areas, and supply necessary items for service.
- Communicate orders and guest requests with the kitchen staff.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and address any immediate needs.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, quality standards, and proper uniform appearance.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving on varied surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related hospitality experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
