About the role

As a Hostess at Nobu by the Beach, you will be the first point of contact with guests, creating a positive impression. You will greet guests, inform them of wait times, monitor the waiting list, seat them, and bid them farewell, all while maintaining natural, courteous conversation in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
• Inform guests of their estimated wait time and keep the waiting list updated.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure smooth seating.
• Maintain a courteous farewell as guests leave the venue.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient flow during busy periods.

Required profile

• International exposure or at least 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
