Host/ess – Luxury Hotel Dining

About the role

Join the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach as a Host/ess, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury dining environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service flow.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service during their dining experience in collaboration with a team of servers.
• Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations for table section setups.
• Ensure cleanliness of each dining area, make necessary improvements, and check each table prior to opening.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information.

Required profile

• One to two years’ previous experience in a Food & Beverage outlet; experience in luxury hotels is an asset.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
• Strong communication skills.
