Hostess – Luxury Hotel & Fine Dining – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a polished and professional Hostess to join the front‑of‑house team of luxury hotels and fine‑dining venues in Dubai. In this ambassadorial position you will be the first point of contact for high‑profile international guests, ensuring a seamless and elegant arrival experience.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, manage seating plans and maintain an elegant flow of arrivals throughout service.
• Handle daily table reservations, waiting lists and coordinate seating using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Identify VIP and regular guests, delivering personalized service that meets 5‑star standards.
• Liaise with floor managers, waitstaff and kitchen teams to communicate special requests, birthdays and dietary preferences.
• Maintain immaculate front‑desk and foyer presentation, answer telephone inquiries and uphold the luxury brand image.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old and holder of a valid South African passport.
• Proven experience as a Hostess, Receptionist or Front‑of‑House agent, preferably in luxury hotels or high‑volume premium restaurants.
• Flawless spoken English with a warm, polished demeanor.
• Exceptional personal grooming, elegant posture and a confident, welcoming presence.
• Willingness and eligibility to relocate full‑time to Dubai, UAE.
