Hostess – Luxury Resort Guest Service

About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, delivering warm and professional hospitality in a luxury setting. You will work closely with the restaurant and front‑of‑house teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely service and smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Follow all hotel policies and Standard Operating Procedures, including personal discipline and grooming standards.
• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly manner, maintaining an attractive entrance and dining area.
• Inspect tables for cleanliness and proper setup before guests are seated.
• Gather guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and communicate larger concerns to outlet managers.
• Assist with service during busy periods and support cashiers during breaks.
• Undertake related duties and special projects as assigned.
