About the role
An enthusiastic individual is sought to join the team as a Host at Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen in Dubai. The role covers welcoming guests, managing reservations and the seating chart, and looking after the guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests
- Take reservations and manage the seating chart
- Proactively act to increase bookings
- Be in charge of the post-guest experience
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of English
Required skills
- Good knowledge of one of the following reservation systems: SevenRooms, Eat, ReserveOut, OpenTable, etc.
