Hostess – Wet Deck (Multilingual: Russian, Spanish, Italian)

About the role

Our Guest Service Support Experts take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly. They set tables, assist the kitchen, clean work areas, and replenish supplies, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables on the Wet Deck, ensuring proper placement of linens, glassware, and menus.
• Assist kitchen staff by delivering food trays, restocking service stations, and handling special guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Wet Deck area, including sweeping, mopping, and promptly removing waste.
• Replenish supplies such as napkins, cutlery, and beverage items throughout the shift.
• Safely lift and carry items up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) and maneuver on sloping or uneven surfaces.
• Read and verify menu information visually, supporting guests with language assistance in Russian, Spanish, or Italian.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous food‑and‑beverage experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate professionally in Russian, Spanish, and Italian.
