About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Delta Hotels in Dubai Investment Park. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness across rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring beds are made, amenities stocked, and surfaces sanitized.
• Maintain public spaces, corridors, and service areas to Marriott’s quality standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and restock housekeeping carts.
• Handle and move objects up to 50 lb safely without assistance.
• Follow all safety, security, and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and be on feet for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication.
• Understanding of workplace safety and company procedures.

Required skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with Marriott’s quality and service standards.
