Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Guest Environment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Cleanliness Expert to join our team at Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. The role focuses on delivering a memorable guest experience through meticulous upkeep of rooms and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and replenish housekeeping carts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while performing cleaning tasks.
• Handle, lift, and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall service quality.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed in a hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in standard housekeeping procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to hotel cleaning.
