Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping

About the role

The Guest Environment Expert ensures the hotel’s guest areas are immaculate and contribute to a memorable experience. Working across rooms, public spaces and service areas, you will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality guidelines at all times.
• Ensure personal uniform, appearance and communications are professional and align with brand standards.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards consistently.
• Physical capability to be on feet for extended periods and handle objects up to 50 pounds.
