About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel – from guest rooms to public spaces – is spotless, inviting, and ready to deliver a memorable experience. Working on Dibba Road in Fujairah, you will be part of a team that values safety, quality, and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
- Stock cleaning carts and supplies, keeping workstations organized.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to policies.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 lb.
- Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform and communication.
