Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert you will play a key part in delivering a memorable guest experience at two of Dubai's premier luxury properties. You will ensure that every guest‑facing area, from rooms to public spaces, meets the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the appearance and hygiene of guest rooms, corridors, lobbies and other public areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services.
• Stock cleaning carts, replenish supplies and manage inventory of housekeeping items.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving and arranging objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow all safety, health and environmental procedures and company policies.
• Ensure personal uniform, appearance and communication are professional at all times.

Required profile

• Physically fit and able to stand, walk and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Respect for confidentiality and adherence to company policies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic housekeeping techniques and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of safe lifting practices and ability to handle items up to 50 lb.
• Effective communication in English.
