Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

Our Guest Environment Experts create memorable experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. In this role you will be responsible for delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and ensuring all areas support a great guest experience. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to high standards.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.
• Move throughout the hotel to address any immediate needs and maintain standards.
• Assist with other reasonable duties as requested.

Required profile

• Commit to a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
• Present a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
• Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
