About the role

The Guest Environment Expert creates memorable, unique experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role combines housekeeping duties, guest request handling, and proactive upkeep of rooms and public areas to support a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout the property.
• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces to brand standards.
• Maintain overall hotel appearance and cleanliness.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
