Hotel Cleanliness Expert

About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, tidiness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas at St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The role supports guests by ensuring a pristine environment and promptly addressing their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Make up guest rooms and perform nightly turndown service.
• Clean and maintain marble, granite floors, carpets, wallpapers, furniture and bathrooms daily.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby and restrooms.
• Report defects, lost & found items, and any unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Comply with grooming, uniform standards and health‑safety regulations.
• Handle master key receipt and work assignments accurately.
• Work any shift assigned by Housekeeping Management.

Required profile

• Graduate with a degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar service role.
• Ability to work any shift and handle dusty, unclean environments.
• Basic reading and writing skills in English.
• Willingness to follow St. Regis service standards and procedures.
