About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel, from guest rooms to public spaces, meets Marriott’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This full‑time position is based on‑site at the Palm West Beach property on Palm Jumeirah Road, where you will contribute to a memorable and unique guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized service.
- Stock cleaning carts and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas.
- Uphold the overall appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
- Move freely throughout the property to address any immediate needs.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to company policies, and confidentiality.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Dedication to upholding Marriott’s quality standards and guest‑focused service.
